End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs your use of the DuoTask mobile application. By downloading or using DuoTask, you agree to this agreement.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DuoTask on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to this agreement and Apple's App Store rules.

App Store Terms

DuoTask is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of DuoTask is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services and App Store terms. Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support for DuoTask.

Accounts and Content

DuoTask lets you create and share lists, tasks, notes, reminders, alarms, and invitations. You are responsible for content you create, store, or share in the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DuoTask to violate laws, harm others, upload unlawful or abusive content, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Notifications and Ads

DuoTask may send local and push notifications for tasks, alarms, and shared-list activity when enabled. DuoTask may display ads through Google AdMob.

Privacy and Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and delete information. You can review it at https://duotask-dc535.web.app/privacy.html. You can initiate account deletion inside DuoTask from Settings.

No Warranty

DuoTask is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of DuoTask.

Changes

We may update this agreement when needed. Continued use of DuoTask after an update means you accept the updated agreement.
